Join the Towanda Country Club now and play golf the rest of  2008 golf season at a special rate.  Your rate is based on the number of golfers in your membership.

One Golfer - $700       Two Golfers - $825    Three Or More Golfers - $950

The above rate is available for new members only and includes the $400 initiation fee.

Dues invoices for 2009 will be mailed out October 1, 2008.  A $50 discount will be honored if dues are paid by October 31.  Dues payments are due by January 15.  After that time a late fee of $50 will be added to the dues balance each month until paid in full.  If you have any questions or concerns about your dues, call Susan Thompson at 265-6222 ext.5 and leave a message.

Memorials:   Please contact Corey Pries, Greens Superintendent or the Greens Committee (Tim Curry or Bob Watkins) if you wish to set up a memorial.

In an effort to help in cost cutting, the greens superintendent has put together a list of odd jobs that can be done with volunteer help.

• WINTER: Trim trees, course cleanup, repair and clean tee complex equipment, remove dead trees
• SUMMER: Divots on tees 3 times per week, divots on fairways 1 time per month, bunkers need to be edged twice a year, bunkers need to be raked 4-5 times per week;  Trash removed from tees 6 times per week, water and ice should be filled 7 times per week.  Tee markers moved 6 times per week, yardage markers cleaned and painted 3 times per year;  Stain and paint water shacks; trim work on entire golf course once a week; roof behind shop sanded and painted; creek work when water is down (move rocks back to the side)
• SPRING: Basic course clean up (sticks, leaves and other debris)
